Terms of Service

The Short Version

By using Detailing Booked, you agree to these terms. We provide an automation service for mobile detailing businesses. You pay monthly, can cancel anytime with 30 days notice, and are responsible for how you use the platform.

Service Description

Detailing Booked provides a done-for-you system installation service for mobile detailing businesses. This includes:

  • Missed call text-back automation
  • Lead follow-up sequences
  • Review request automation
  • Online booking integration
  • Unified inbox for communications

Account Terms

  • You must be 18 years or older to use this service
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • One person or business per account

Payment Terms

  • Monthly fee: $197/month, billed at the start of each billing cycle
  • Setup fee: $497 one-time (may be waived during promotional periods)
  • Payment method: Credit card or ACH required
  • Failed payments: Service may be suspended after 7 days of non-payment

Cancellation

  • You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice
  • No refunds for partial months
  • We will help transition your phone number back to you
  • Data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, then deleted

Refund Policy

If you're not seeing results after 30 days and we cannot resolve the issue, we will refund your first month's payment. This refund must be requested within 45 days of your start date.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Detailing Booked to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Violate any laws, including TCPA regulations
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Transmit malware or malicious code
  • Interfere with the operation of our service

SMS/Text Message Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring your use of our SMS features complies with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). This means:

  • Only messaging people who have contacted you first (which our system ensures)
  • Honoring opt-out requests immediately
  • Not sending messages for illegal purposes

Intellectual Property

  • Detailing Booked retains all rights to our platform, branding, and technology
  • You retain all rights to your business content and customer data
  • You grant us license to use your content as needed to provide the service

Limitation of Liability

Detailing Booked is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime, delays, or service interruptions.

Changes to Service

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that affect your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
